Location:Belgrade (full-time, hybrid model — 1 day work from home)
Job Description:
• Creation of positions and recruitment requirements in SAP system and administration of recruitment processes
• SAP employee administration and employee data update
• Record of working hours and management of absences (vacations, sick leave, days off)
• Preparation and issuance of vacation solutions and employment contracts (including bilingual contracts)
• Cooperation with a lawyer and compliance with the Labor Law in Serbia and Macedonia
• Support to HR Specialist in the selection and screening of candidates
• Submission of initial data and documentation to payroll team and preparation of payroll data
• Organization of training and certification in the field of occupational safety and health (first aid, BZNR)
• POC for relocation of foreign employees (expats)
• Activation of ID cards and attendance records
• Organization of onboarding processes (contracts, CROSO applications, IT set-up, documentation)
• Organization of the offboarding process (logins, exit documentation)
• Preparation of documents for changes in employees (promotions, changes to contracts, etc.)
• Maintenance of archives and documentation for internal and external audits
• Preparation of monthly HR reports, censuses and recruitment dashboards
Operating conditions:
• 1—3 years of experience in HR administration (experience in personnel paperwork is a priority)
• Knowledge of the Labor Law of Serbia and Macedonia
• Advantage: experience in retail/tech or dynamic environment
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, reports)
• Active knowledge of English at an advanced level (preferably C1/C2)
• High attention to detail, positive energy and proactive approach
• Independence and willingness to take responsibility
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
• Full-time engagement, 8h per day, with 1 day of work from home per week
• Work in an international and development-oriented environment
• Reporting directly to the HR Manager
