Job Description:

• Controlling and analyzing financial flows
• Management of financial risks and review of the balance sheet and income
• Preparation of financial statements and analysis for management needs
• Cooperation with banks and monitoring of banking processes related to the company's operations
• Participation in operational and financial processes and support to management in decision-making
• Potentially lead a team of 4—5 people and gradually assume the responsibilities of the Deputy CFO
• Period of learning and adaptation with mentoring support

Operating conditions:
‍
• 3—5 years of experience in finance and accounting (preference: banking or economics)
• Experience in controlling, risk analysis and working with balance sheets
• Knowledge of Pantheon ERP system — required
• Responsible, precise and analytical person
• Willingness to develop towards a leadership position
