Job Description:
‍
• Management of all accounting operations in production, trade, import/export and construction
• Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all transactions (input/output invoices, advances, customs documentation)
• Inventory tracking and reconciliation through Pantheon ERP system
• Calculation and monitoring of project costs and investments in construction activities
• Preparation of cost analyzes of products and services
• Application and interpretation of tax and accounting regulations, including VAT and the specifics of taxation in construction
• Overseeing internal controls and ensuring proper posting and reporting
• Timely filing of legal and tax returns
• Coordination with auditors and tax advisors
• Development of internal accounting policies, procedures and controls
• Leadership and development of a team of four accountants (delegation, mentoring, evaluation of work)
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and project team to ensure accurate financial data

Operating conditions:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior accounting positions, ideally in manufacturing or construction companies
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax regulations in Serbia
• Advanced knowledge of working in Pantheon ERP system (required)
• High level of accuracy, responsibility and organizational skills
• Pronounced analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
