3. Job Description:

· Knowledge of the complete menu and the ingredients used in the preparation

· Presentations to each guest according to the prescribed standards

· Transfer orders to the kitchen/bar

· Table setting

· Communicating with guests and providing a high level of service.

· Billing of invoices

· Sending off the guest and tidying up the table after use

4. Operating conditions:
