Job Description:
‍
• Participation in the development of projects of construction organization and elaboration of safety and health at work
• Receipt of requests, analysis of documentation and preparation of an offer
• Control of the given technologies, phases and quantities from the request for tenders
• Participation in the study of technical and tender documentation and preparation of tender proposals
• Participation in the development of projects of technology of execution of works
• Technology and process compliance monitoring
• Analysis and formation of the prices of the resources necessary for the elaboration of the offer
• Preparation of the cost sheet
• Participation in the preparation of contracts in cooperation with legal, financial, BZNR, quality control, insurance and construction operations

Operating conditions:
‍
• Faculty of Civil Engineering, preferably constructive direction
• Advantage: experience or master in geotechnics
• Active knowledge of English (writing, speaking, reading)
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
• Advanced work in programs: Office (Word, Excel), AutoCAD, Adobe, MS Project, Navision, SharePoint
• Minimum 5 years of experience in price analysis, calculations, construction organization, tender documentation, contract documentation, contract drafting and dynamic plans
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
